Great store with brand new equipment and 100% customer satisfying approach. We are a family of four each one of us got the right equipment for their level and skills, and the owner were super helpful in every problem we raised through our visit and aim to please all the time! I would recommend this store to whoever comes to Tignes!!

Amazing place, staff went out of there way to repair a ski I had brocken by accident, best place to hire from in the area, friendly, helpful, fast and the group of 7 were in and out on the slopes in 15 minutes with the best and modern equipment just on the market, all the gear was brand new and priced better than all the other hire companies about. Dont go anywhere else but here for hire and shopping.

Excellent experience; we will definitely be back! The shop has lovely owners who were extremely attentive, knowledgable, helpful, generous and also had a great sense of humour. We had a range of levels of experience and ability in our group and the equipment was expertly selected and fitted specifically for each person. We were warmly greeted and looked after each morning and afternoon and having chosen this shop to rent (and purchase) from certainly added to our week. My snowboard was serviced mid-week, to great effect. The owners also (unnecessarily) offered us refunds when one of our party was unable to ski. Thank you for adding to our holiday enjoyment We can highly recommend Deep Snow to all visitors to Tignes!

Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois à Tignes et parfois, après une longue route, c'est la corvée d'aller chercher ses skis. Lorsque que l'on est accueilli chez DeepSnow, c'est un plaisir. Toute l'équipe à l'art de vous recevoir, on est "chez soi". Je laisse un commentaire qu'aujourd'hui car je réserve déjà pour la saison prochaine.

Accueil vraiment sympathique dès le premier instant et même si nous étions déjà équipés, nous avons pu tout de même tester des produits nouveaux et d'exception avec un accompagnement chaque fois que nécessaire pour optimiser le tout. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce professionnalisme devenu rare aujourd'hui...
Autre point important : ma board ayant été abimée en fin de saison dernière à cause du manque de neige, j'ai eu droit à une remise en état quasi neuf pour ma plus grande joie.
Nous vous souhaitons à tous de très bonnes fêtes et au plaisir de vous revoir rapidement ;-)

Recommended...
Deep Snow are located at ground level close to the ski bus terminus in Val Claret. My wife used them last year and was pleasantly surprised by the service and standard of equipment given they charged less than many of their competitors. So much so that I too chose to rent from them this time (mid-December 2017) and they provided exactly what I had requested at a fair and reasonable price. I'm genuinely surprised at some of the negative comments for 'Deep Snow' on Trip Advisor and suggest that, if you've skied before and have an idea of what you'd like to rent, then send an email direct to the owners (Isabelle or Franck) who in my view deserve your custom.

Excellent Service
Three of us hired skis, poles, boots and a helmet. I changed my boots after the first day (my fault for taking a bigger size than they told me to) and had my skis retuned twice because I was struggling with the modern carvers. Polite and and helpful at all times. The boss even effected a temporary repair on my glacier glasses (FOC). I would not hesitate to recommend this ski shop

Best in tignes
This shop is great, next to the slope. The owner and his team are really nice and give you very good advices, especially for my kids. I have been skiing all over the world and i can just tell you if you are in Tignes val claret, to hire your equipment at Deepsnow, you will get best wellcome and service ever.
The owner, Franck, has a really good sense of humor and is always smiling and gives you fun. While choosing your equipment, you will really spend a good time.
